I offer over twenty years experience in deep meditation practices. Many years ago I sought out a deeper level of personal growth and peace within. My journey began with various writings and my application of it in my life, in my work and in my personal relationships. For me it was never enough, and never will be enough, to simply read about anothers’ experiences but rather to bring the experience daily, hourly in truth of practice. Through the writings of author Joel Goldsmith and Infinite Way workshops, lectures and deep silent retreats with Teacher Mary Hun. I began to follow each day that which I had so resonated with in the writings.
As Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha said “wonder of wonders all sentient beings are the true self”.
I am a firm believer of “…as a man (or woman) thinketh” Biblical reference and new age spirituality has confirmed and offered the same concrete methodology and importance of belief. The battle, truly is, at times within.
I am in practice as a meditation Facilitator and Hypnotherapist in the healing arts of Counseling Hypnotherapy and have found many forms of expression in my work.
I am a Mother of a six year old and see the fruits of my inner labour, the areas I need to grow in and the joy the uninhibited joy.
